Is the player telling the truth or is it a blatant lie? If the statement is questioned and a lie is revealed, a card must be drawn. But if it was the truth, the person who questioned it must draw a card. So the rule is: don't give anything away, stay cool and never forget to shout "UNO" when you only have one card left!
